To assist the marketing efforts of REALTORS® with listings in West Sacramento, the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® sponsors out regional MLS meeting on the second & fourth Tuesday of each month, held at the Sacramento Yacht Club.

CARAVAN – Courtesy Tour (You see my home, I’ll see yours)

These are the GUIDELINES for participation in the West Sacramento CARAVAN TOUR. If you cannot commit to the GUIDELINES, PLEASE SCRATCH YOUR LISTING.

1. Be present at MLS meeting (8:30am)
2. Pitch LISTING at meeting.
3. Tour ALL homes on Caravan Tour.
4. Time frame of tour is generally from 9:30am to 11:00am depending on number of homes on the tour.
5. Volunteer "feedback" sheet provided for each listing

Note: This is a Caravan Tour. No open house signs needed. We all arrive at listing together, preview and move on to the next listing on tour together.

Please, remember to bring business cards to leave at properties. Our meeting begins promptly at 8:30am at the Sacramento Yacht Club 3365 South River Road West Sacramento 95691.
